Your main responsibility is to respond to customer messages and transactions through live chat on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. All communication is text-based, with no video or phone calls involved.
Responsibilities: Assist online businesses in promoting their brand through social media. Complete simple tasks such as sending tweets, liking posts, commenting, sharing content, and uploading videos. All tasks are beginner-friendly and guided by step-by-step instructions. You’ll also respond to messages and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: Access to a phone, tablet, or laptop with a reliable internet connection. Basic English writing skills are necessary. No prior social media advertising experience required—this role includes full training and support.
Skills/Experience Needed: Entry-level position ideal for beginners. Must be comfortable using social media apps like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram. Training is provided, so no prior paid experience is needed.
