Role Overview:

Rate: $35 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Respond to live chat messages from customers
- Assist with product questions, orders, or returns
- Share promotional links and discount codes
- Use provided templates and guides to answer questions
- Maintain a professional and helpful tone in every interaction
Requirements:
