Rate: $35 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Manage live chat conversations on Instagram and business websites
- Address customer questions, resolve concerns, and guide them to helpful solutions
- Share product links, discounts, and promotions as needed
- Use provided training materials and documents to ensure consistent messaging
Requirements:
- Access to a phone, tablet, or laptop
- Stable internet connection

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Availability of at least 10 hours per week
