This is a flexible, remote opportunity with no phone calls—just text-based support and full training provided.
Role: As a Customer Chat Specialist, your primary task will be to assist users via live chat on business websites and social media platforms. You’ll help answer product questions, explain features, and guide customers toward solutions—all while building trust through clear, helpful communication.
Rate: $35 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat
- Guide users through product features and troubleshoot basic issues
- Recommend solutions and provide links to resources, discounts, or products
- Follow structured support documentation and escalate complex concerns if needed
- Maintain professional, timely, and friendly interactions
Requirements:
- Access to a phone, tablet, or laptop
- Stable and reliable internet connection
- Basic English writing skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
- Availability of at least 10 hours per week
