Role: As a Website Chat Operator, your main responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries via live chat on business websites. These may include questions related to support, product details, or sales. You’ll be provided with a brief training and a resource guide containing answers to common questions to help you respond accurately and professionally.
Rate: $35 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Log into business live chat systems and respond to customer questions
- Assist with basic troubleshooting, product inquiries, and sales support
- Use provided documentation to ensure accurate and consistent answers
- Maintain a friendly and helpful tone in all written interactions
Requirements:
- Access to a phone, tablet, or laptop
- Reliable internet connection
- Ability to follow step-by-step instructions
- Basic English writing skills
- Minimum availability of 10 hours per week
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
