Remote Chat Support Assistant (Entry Level)

What You’ll Be Doing:

These messages may come from existing customers needing support or potential customers with questions about products or services. Your role is to provide helpful, friendly responses using templates and step-by-step guidelines.

Rate: $35 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat
  • Assist with product questions, support requests, and sales-related queries
  • Use provided resources and follow instructions to deliver accurate responses
  • Maintain professionalism in every interaction

Requirements:

  • A device capable of accessing chat and social media functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Basic English writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week

Skills/Background Needed:
This is an entry-level role. No prior paid experience in chat support is necessary. Full training is provided to ensure you’re prepared to succeed.
