Remote Chat Administrator (Entry Level / No Experience)

Role: As a Remote Chat Administrator, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via live chat on business websites. Your daily tasks include offering support, answering questions, and assisting with basic sales-related inquiries. You’ll receive documentation with standard responses and full guidance from the team to ensure you’re well-prepared.

Rate: $35 per hour

Responsibilities: Log into the business’s live chat system and respond to customer messages. Provide clear, helpful, and accurate information using provided materials. Follow communication guidelines and maintain a professional tone throughout interactions. Complete a short onboarding training before starting.

Requirements: Access to a device such as a laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Reliable internet connection. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Availability to work up to 8 hours per day. Basic English writing skills are required.

Skills/Background Needed: No prior experience is required—this is an entry-level role with full training provided. Suitable for individuals new to remote work or online customer service.
