Role Overview:
As a Live Chat Assistant, you’ll be part of the customer success team—logging in at the beginning of your shift to support customers via live chat on the business’s website. You’ll assist with order processing, returns, service claims, and general questions, ensuring each customer receives timely and professional support.
Rate: $35 per hour
Contract Length: No fixed term
Hours per Week: Flexible, starting at 5 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Log into the chat system to respond to incoming customer inquiries
- Handle order questions, return requests, and service claims
- Perform light data entry for sales orders and quality assessments
- Escalate issues when necessary using provided guidelines
- Log out at the end of your shift and receive daily compensation
Requirements:
- Access to a phone, tablet, or laptop
- Reliable internet connection
- Basic English writing skills
- Ability to work independently and follow step-by-step instructions
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Skills/Background Needed:
No prior experience is necessary—this is an entry-level role. Full training will be provided.
