Role: As an Instagram Chat Support Assistant, you’ll respond to messages from potential and existing customers on Instagram. These messages may include questions about products, shipping, returns, or promotions. Your goal is to provide clear, friendly, and helpful responses that drive customer satisfaction and support sales—entirely through written communication.

Rate: $35 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming messages on Instagram from customers and prospects
  • Answer product-related questions and provide links or discount information
  • Offer support regarding shipping rates, return policies, and availability
  • Use templates and training materials to respond consistently and professionally

Requirements:

  • Access to a phone, tablet, or laptop
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Basic English writing skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
  • Minimum availability of 10 hours per week
