Home-Based Chat Support (Remote / No Experience Required)

Position Overview:
As a Live Chat Support Agent, you’ll respond to customer messages on websites and social media accounts. Most inquiries will come from existing customers seeking support with returns, re-orders, or general product questions. You’ll use provided resources and scripts to deliver accurate and compassionate service.

Rate: $35 per hour
Contract Length: No fixed term
Hours per Week: Flexible — minimum 5 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer support messages via live chat
  • Help with topics like order status, returns, and product information
  • Follow step-by-step guidelines for chat responses
  • Maintain a positive and helpful tone in all interactions
  • Work independently while staying reliable and consistent

Requirements:

  • A phone, tablet, or laptop capable of running social media and chat functions
  • Stable internet connection
  • Basic English writing skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and stay organized
  • Minimum availability of 5 hours per week

Skills/Background Needed:
No previous experience is required. Full training is provided to help you succeed in this role from day one.
