Rate: $35 per hour
Contract Length: No fixed term
Hours per Week: Flexible — minimum 5 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer support messages via live chat
- Help with topics like order status, returns, and product information
- Follow step-by-step guidelines for chat responses
- Maintain a positive and helpful tone in all interactions
- Work independently while staying reliable and consistent
Requirements:
- A phone, tablet, or laptop capable of running social media and chat functions
- Stable internet connection
- Basic English writing skills
- Ability to follow instructions and stay organized
- Minimum availability of 5 hours per week
