Entry-Level Chat Support Agent (Remote / Part Time / No Experience)

Role: As a Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for users reaching out through website live chat. Your role involves understanding customer concerns, offering quick and effective solutions, and documenting interactions professionally. You’ll be equipped with training and tools to deliver top-tier service with empathy and efficiency.

Rate: $35 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive and friendly customer support via live chat
  • Use active listening and empathy to understand and resolve customer concerns
  • Document issues and resolutions accurately for future reference
  • Follow structured processes to ensure consistent and professional service
  • Assist with conflict resolution when needed
