Customer Support Representative (Remote / Chat / Entry Level)

Rate: $35 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Support order processing, returns, and service-related requests
  • Manage simple data entry tasks and customer account updates
  • Follow provided procedures and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in team updates or virtual meetings to stay informed

Requirements:

  • Reliable internet connection
