Your Role:
As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist customers browsing Shopify-based stores. Whether they’re asking about discount codes, return policies, or product details, you’ll be their go-to contact—answering questions through live chat using a helpful resource document and support from a supervisor when needed. Your role is key to making every shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.

Rate: $35 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer messages on Shopify store websites via live chat
  • Address questions about products, returns, exchanges, and promotions
  • Use company-provided templates and guides to ensure accurate responses
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
  • Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude in every interaction

Requirements:

  • Access to a phone, tablet, or laptop
  • Stable internet connection
  • Basic English writing skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Availability of at least 20 hours per week
