Your Role:
As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist customers browsing Shopify-based stores. Whether they’re asking about discount codes, return policies, or product details, you’ll be their go-to contact—answering questions through live chat using a helpful resource document and support from a supervisor when needed. Your role is key to making every shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.
Rate: $35 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer messages on Shopify store websites via live chat
- Address questions about products, returns, exchanges, and promotions
- Use company-provided templates and guides to ensure accurate responses
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
- Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude in every interaction
Requirements:
- Access to a phone, tablet, or laptop
- Stable internet connection
- Basic English writing skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week
