Customer Operations Associate

Roles: As a live chat assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers on our website and social media platforms. Your tasks will include responding to customer messages promptly, guiding customers to products, and enhancing their shopping experience with special discounts.

Contract Type: Flexible, ongoing engagement.

Rate: $35 per hour

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service roles, with a strong emphasis on effective communication and phone skills.
  • Equipped with a compatible device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that can handle multiple chat and social media platforms.
  • Self-driven with the ability to follow precise instructions and work autonomously.
  • Available to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Hours per Week: Starting at 10 hours, with the potential to increase based on performance and business needs.

Location: Entirely remote; ideally looking for candidates based in the United States.
