Customer Interaction Specialist (Remote / No Experience Required / Entry Level)

Responsibilities:

  • Log into the live chat system at the beginning of your shift
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat
  • Help customers navigate products, services, and common questions
  • Use company-provided tools and scripts to ensure accurate, professional responses
  • Log out at the end of your shift and receive daily compensation

Requirements:

  • Access to a phone, tablet, or laptop
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Basic English writing and communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • A calm, helpful attitude—even in busy moments

Skills/Background Needed:
