Chat Assistant (Live Support) – Remote / Entry Level / No Experience Needed

Rate: $35 per hour
Contract Length: No fixed term
Hours per Week: Flexible, 5–40 hours

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to live chat inquiries on websites and social media accounts
  • Assist customers with product questions, support needs, and purchase guidance
  • Share links, promotions, and solutions to common problems
  • Use scripts and training resources to maintain consistency and accuracy
  • Remain positive, professional, and responsive throughout each interaction

Requirements:

  • English language proficiency
  • Access to a laptop, tablet, or phone with a reliable internet connection
  • Familiarity with platforms like Facebook (especially Facebook Groups)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
